Our Spay and Neuter Program is being offered to Logan County, Kentucky, residents experiencing financial hardship.
1. You must live in Logan County, Kentucky.
2. You must have a drivers license or non-drivers state ID with an address listed within Logan County, Kentucky.
3. You must be experiencing a financial hardship.
Spay and neuter procedures will take place based on donation balance.
